He listed our house and sold it. Listed price was appropriate and the house attracted a lot of attention. After contract is signed, some issues were handled by him in the background and it helped us not stressing out on the sale.

Mario helped me sell and buy my house last year and he made the process very easy. I'm one of those nightmare home buyers that you've heard about from your friends. I have a very narrow criteria of homes that I would be interested in buying and Mario was extremely accommodating. Not only was he willing to meet me up pretty much any time of the day or weekend, he never complained or showed any kind of resentment when I would make him bring me to a house 40 miles from where he lives and we would walk in and I would give him a "No" within the first 30 seconds. He is a true professional. He also has an incredible team working behind him that was a pleasure to work with. When I bought my house this year I originally got the appraisal from Chase (which took 3 weeks!) and they under appraised the house by almost 100k. Mario's team recommended a mortgage company that he worked with regularly and not only was he able to convince them to do an appraisal the next day but they processed all my mortgage application paperwork very quickly. And when the new appraisal still came in below asking price, he negotiated a lower sales price on my behalf! My realtor saved me 10k without me even asking. He seriously is the best. He's not all about making money. He treated me like a personal friend throughout the whole process and I am now living in literally the perfect home for me.

Mario was extremely helpful and patient during the home-buying process! Both my boyfriend and I work full time and were first-time home buyers, so needless to say there were many late and long night viewings for a little over 4 months. They happen to be our family friends but when it comes to business, they mean business! Being first-time home buyers, it was extremely stressful not knowing what will happen next. But with their expertise, they were able to provide trusted lenders, inspectors, and Megan (transaction coordinator) that stayed on top of schedules and ensured that we meet deadlines.
